Daniel, the owner of Dendy & CO., began his culinary journey some 15 years ago after completing culinary training in England. He has worked in some of the finest restaurants in London and France including working for a much younger Gordon Ramsey as well as the grandfather of French cuisine, Roger Verge. Daniel has extensive experience working internationally for wealthy clients on their private yachts and in their houses but really developed his personal culinary philosophy while living and working in Italy: quality ingredients cooked simply make great meals.
