| Polenta Crisps came about after Daniel met Daniela (his wife). Daniela loved Daniel's cooking, but they soon discovered that Daniela could not tolerate many of Daniel's best dishes - she was gluten and wheat intolerant! Daniela loved Daniel's polenta cakes topped with roasted tomato and goats' cheese and and he enjoyed watching her devour them. One evening Daniel started thinking about Polenta dishes. This train of thought brought the idea of making a cracker out of polenta. Polenta Crisps are delicious and are the first in a line of products Daniel intends to bring to the gluten free market. | |||
